Gl1800 front brake rotors is a high quality brake disc designed with CAD/CAM system and made of high quality stainless steel. Through high-temperature treatment, the hardness and toughness of the brake disc are improved, and advanced laser cutting technology is used to ensure the precision and consistency of the brake disc. The product has undergone a 180°C heat resistance test to ensure its stability and reliability at high temperatures. Gl1800 front brake disc also adopts a cutting process to increase the friction on the surface of the brake disc, and through the design, the air can flow through the brake disc to enhance the heat dissipation performance of the brake disc. The floating installation method avoids deformation and brake vibration, and can directly replace the original brake disc without modification.
Gl1800 front brake rotors has an aluminum center and strong riveted construction, with a slotted design to ensure that water and dirt can escape quickly. Excellent lightweight design and smooth surface treatment make it have better braking effect and durability. Long-term appearance is guaranteed by electrostatic coating technology. The brake disc is a direct replacement, requiring no additional spacers or hardware, and can be installed directly on the existing brake system. The center of the gl1800 front brake rotors is forged from aluminum alloy, and the brake disc is made of high-friction cast steel material, which is universal for left and right. The front brake disc on select models features an SD-System™ square button design for optimum braking effectiveness and durability at high speeds and heavy loads.
